USER AGREEMENT

Welcome to FretQuest™.

By accessing, using, participating in, or supporting the FretQuest™ platform, founder programme, waitlist, beta systems, website, or related services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. ABOUT FRETQUEST™
FretQuest™ is a developing musical fluency engine focused on reaction-speed note recognition, automatic recall training, and measurable musical performance progression.

FretQuest™ is currently operating in MVP / founder-access / beta-stage development. Features, functionality, availability, and performance may change over time as development continues.

2. EARLY ACCESS & BETA STATUS
By joining FretQuest™, you acknowledge that:
• the platform is currently in active development
• features may change, evolve, or be removed
• bugs, downtime, inaccuracies, or interruptions may occur
• certain features shown in roadmap or promotional materials may not yet exist
• access may be limited, modified, paused, or expanded during development phases

Founder access and early-access participation do not guarantee permanent feature availability unless explicitly stated.

3. NO PROFESSIONAL MUSIC GUARANTEE
FretQuest™ is an educational and performance-training platform. We do not guarantee:
• professional musical success
• employment outcomes
• artistic achievement
• guaranteed skill progression
• competition results
• performance opportunities

Individual results will vary based on practice consistency, musical background, dedication, learning style, and external factors.

4. INTERNAL MVP DATA & PERFORMANCE METRICS
Current FretQuest™ metrics and proof snapshots are based on internal MVP validation and controlled testing environments. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
• metrics shown are not broad external validation
• performance examples are not guarantees
• roadmap concepts may represent planned future systems rather than current live functionality.

5. USER ACCOUNTS & COMMUNITY RULES
Users agree not to exploit the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with scoring systems. FretQuest™ reserves the right to suspend or remove access where misuse is suspected.

6. FOUNDER CONTRIBUTIONS
Founder contributions support development and growth. Contributions are non-refundable and do not constitute investment products or equity.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
FretQuest™ branding, systems, and logic are protected. Copying or reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. PRIVACY & DATA
We collect user session metrics and performance data. We do not sell personal user data to third parties.

9. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
Interrupted availability may occur during active development phases.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk. FretQuest™ shall not be liable for indirect damages.

11. FUTURE CHANGES
These terms may evolve. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
